This extension does not collect, sell, or share users' personal information. The extension only communicates with HCCONEX internal systems to enable video call sessions to function. Any information used by the extension is employed exclusively to maintain the agent's session state and facilitate connection with the support system. The extension may store temporary information within the user's browser (for example, settings or connection status) to enable its proper functioning. This information remains solely in the browser and is not transmitted to third parties. The extension does not share data with third parties nor use the information for purposes other than its main functionality. This extension is intended exclusively for internal use by authorized HCCONEX personnel.
